Traditional recruiting starts with a job and then tries to find the person to fill the opening. In our reverse model, we start with the candidate and find the position that fits the professional. In some instances, a position might even be opened for the right candidate. We are aware of instances where the job description was actually written to specifically conform to a strong candidate's attributes. We, of course, also have access to the many thousands of job "orders" that exist throughout the country (and internationally) and sometimes the perfect "match" can be done in this manner. The most important aspect to keep in mind however, is that we are candidate advocates and work on your behalf.
