Compensation is based on a direct revenue sharing plan. As your experience and skills increase your share of generated revenue will increase.  Senior and Executive Consultants are independent recruiters working under contract as members of our company to fill the more than 1.4 MILLION health care vacancies in the United States. You’ll be presented with the opportunity of recruiting top-of-the-line health care professionals from your own home office. You responsibilities will also include screening their qualifications and background, and placing them in a variety of health care positions while maintaining a professional relationship with your candidates and employers.
 
Professionals selected to join Healthcare Agents, Ltd. will receive recruiting leads, jobs to fill, two weeks of initial training, continuing education, recognition, and the opportunity to impact the health care of thousands of people.
 

Requirements 

Previous work experience as a recruiter is not necessarily a determinant of your probable success in this industry.  Many of the top-producers have had little or no background in health care or health care related fields.  Common factors that HAVE determined their success include:
